There are many benefits of eating a plant-strong diet rich in minerals, vitamins, and life force energy from the earth. Begin by making small changes, one at at time. “Crowding out” food and ways of being that no longer serve you with “crowding in” what supports health: lots of veggies, (especially greens), low sugar fruits, fiber, wheat free grains, good fats (olive, avocado and coconut oil), and lots of water.
