As a Health Coach and Nurse Practitioner, my work is deeply rooted in the science of metabolic health, circadian biology, and ancestral health. Circadian biology is the study of how our internal body clock regulates everything from our sleep-wake cycles to hormone production, digestion, immune function, and even mood. Our bodies are designed to follow natural daily rhythms—known as circadian rhythms—which are influenced by light, darkness, temperature, food timing, and activity. When we live out of sync with these rhythms—staying up late under artificial light, skipping morning sunlight, eating at irregular hours—it disrupts our metabolic and mental health in profound ways.
Ancestral health is about remembering how our bodies are meant to live and thrive. It draws on timeless principles from our evolutionary past—like moving our bodies regularly, eating nutrient-dense whole foods, getting sunlight during the day, sleeping deeply at night, and connecting with nature and community. When we honor these natural rhythms and ancestral patterns, we support our mitochondria, balance our hormones, reduce inflammation, and begin to heal at the root level—physically, mentally, and emotionally.
Through this lens, I help clients restore their health by aligning with the rhythms their bodies were designed for—leading to greater energy, clarity, emotional resilience, and freedom from chronic symptoms.
