I believe every person carries the innate capacity to healāand that a vibrant, meaningful life is not only possible but something we are all inherently worthy of. My approach to health and wellness weaves together science, lived experience, and heart-felt compassion. Inspired by what Dr. Georgia Ede calls āThe Science of Hopeā¹, along with decades of clinical experience and my own journey of recovery, I support clients in reconnecting with their inner wisdom and vitality, addressing physical, emotional, spiritual, and mental health in an integrated and personalized way.

About Me
I am a nurse practitioner, wellness coach, and lifelong learner devoted to helping people heal from sugar addiction, emotional eating, and chronic metabolic and mental health conditions. Through personalized nutrition, lifestyle, and mindset work, I guide clients toward optimal metabolic health and emotional well-being. Together, we explore the deep connections between food, brain chemistry, and mental healthāaddressing conditions such as depression, anxiety, ADHD, bipolar disorder, and metabolic challenges like diabetes, cardiovascular disease, fatty liver, autoimmune conditions, and more.
Using tools like continuous glucose monitors (CGMs) and Keto-Mojo ketone tracking, we gain valuable insight into how your body responds to food, stress, and sleep. This real-time feedback helps guide gentle, informed adjustments that support your unique healing process. When paired with intuitive personalized care, nutritional therapy becomes more than a strategy; it becomes a sustainable path toward balance, clarity, and long-term well-being.
My Approach
Healing is more than what you eatāitās how you live. I emphasize simple, sustainable practices aligned with natural circadian rhythms to restore nervous system regulation and support your bodyās innate capacity to heal. Clients benefit from trauma-informed care and holistic modalities such as meditation, breathwork, vagus nerve activation, EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique), movement, nature connection, journaling, and creative self-expression. My goal is to foster wholeness by addressing the interconnectedness of physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being through metabolic nutritional therapies and integrative lifestyle support.
At the heart of my work is deep listening, presence, and compassion. My mission is to help you reconnect with your bodyās wisdom, find peace and freedom with food, and live a fulfilling life filled with vitality, resilience, and joy.
āYou are one decision away from a completely different life.ā

My Background & Philosophy
My practice is informed by both professional training and personal transformation. I completed Dr. Georgia Edeās Metabolic Psychiatry: Nutritional and Metabolic Therapies for Mental Health course in 2023 and have immersed myself in the study of nutritional and metabolic health.
Discovering the emerging science of circadian biology and ancestral health transformed both my personal healing and professional perspective. These insights that are largely absent from traditional medical education now shape my integrative approach to supporting true, lasting health.
Iām deeply grateful to mentors and teachers like Dr. Georgia Ede, Dr. Christopher Palmer, Dr. Max Gulhane, Phil Escott, Dr. Anthony Chaffee, Dr. Ken Berry, Sarah Pugh, and Richard Smith and other visionaries leading the paradigm shift toward root-cause healing and the integration of metabolic health and mental well-being.
In Change Your Diet, Change Your Mind, Dr. Ede describes āThe Science of Hope,ā a concept that captures the heart of my work. Her research highlights how whole, unprocessed foods, adequate fat and protein can transform mental health, cognition, and metabolism, while challenging outdated nutrition myths.
My Lived Experience
With the support of a sugar freedom community, I have been free from sugar and flour since January 2022- something I once believed was impossible. This transformation changed my life.
Over the years, I experimented with nearly every approachāvegan, vegetarian, raw food, plant-based, ādirtyā keto, juice cleanses, and intermittent fasting, yet struggled with IBS, cravings, binging, and fatigue. Surprisingly, my symptoms improved dramatically as I transitioned toward a more meat-based ketogenic, carnivore lifestyle. Today, the irritable bowel syndrome, brain fog, mood swings, and anxiety are gone. My metabolic health has improved, and my type 2 diabetes is in remission.
While this approach works for me, not everyone needs to eat the same way. Each personās needs are unique, depending on metabolic health, medical conditions, goals, and physiology. Thatās why I offer a flexible spectrum of nutritional therapies - from plant-based and paleo to ketogenic, ketovore, and carnivore, tailored to your unique biology.
My baby picture - bottle-fed and sweetened with Karo syrup, as was common at the time. My mother, like so many, trusted what she was told was best, always leading with love. It was the beginning of a lifelong dance with sugar, and years later, the doorway to my deepest healing.
The Life That Followed
My life now looks and feels radically different than it did just a few years ago. I sleep deeply, think clearly, and feel grounded and at peace. Iām free from cravings, mood swings, and fatigue. Most importantly, Iām at peace with food, and myself.
From this place of healing and gratitude, I help others find their own path to sugar freedom, reclaim their health, optimize mental and metabolic wellbeing, and live the vibrant, fulfilling lives they deserve.
