I believe every person carries an innate capacity to heal, and that a vibrant, meaningful life is not only possible, but something we are all inherently worthy of. My approach to health and wellness weaves together science, lived experience, and heartfelt compassion. Inspired by what Dr. Georgia Ede calls “The Science of Hope,”¹ along with decades of clinical experience and my own journey of recovery, I support clients in reconnecting with their inner wisdom and vitality, addressing physical, emotional, spiritual, and mental health in an integrated and personalized way.

About Me

I am a family nurse practitioner and wellness coach with decades of clinical experience, bringing both medical expertise and a grounded, attentive presence to my work. I am devoted to supporting whole-person healing through science-informed care that is thoughtful, respectful, and attuned to each individual’s lived experience. Through personalized nutrition, lifestyle, and mindset work, I guide clients toward greater metabolic health and emotional well-being. Together, we explore the powerful connections between food, brain chemistry, and mental health, addressing concerns such as depression, anxiety, ADHD, bipolar disorder, and metabolic conditions including diabetes, cardiovascular disease, fatty liver, autoimmune challenges, and more.

Using tools such as continuous glucose monitors (CGMs) and Keto-Mojo ketone tracking, we gain insight into how your body responds to food, stress, sleep, and daily rhythms. This real-time feedback helps guide thoughtful, informed adjustments that support your unique healing process. When paired with personalized care, nutritional therapy becomes not just a strategy, but a sustainable path toward clarity, balance, and long-term well-being.

My Approach

Healing is more than what you eat; it is how you live. Building on this foundation, I emphasize simple, sustainable practices aligned with natural circadian rhythms to support nervous system regulation and the body’s capacity for repair and balance.

Clients are supported through trauma-informed care and integrative modalities such as meditation, breathwork, vagus nerve activation, EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique), movement, nature connection, journaling, and creative self-expression. These practices are woven together with metabolic nutritional therapies and lifestyle support to address the interconnected nature of physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being.

At the center of my work is attentive listening, presence, and genuine care. My purpose is to support you in restoring trust in your body, finding peace and freedom with food, and living a fulfilling life marked by vitality, resilience, and a sense of ease.

My Background & Philosophy

My Background & Philosophy

My practice is informed by both professional training and personal transformation. I completed Dr. Georgia Ede’s Metabolic Psychiatry: Nutritional and Metabolic Therapies for Mental Health course in 2023 and have immersed myself in the study of nutritional and metabolic health as a foundation for both mental and physical well-being.

Discovering the emerging science of circadian biology and ancestral health profoundly shifted my personal healing and professional perspective. These insights, largely absent from traditional medical education, now shape my integrative approach to supporting lasting health and resilience.

I am deeply grateful to the mentors and teachers whose work have influenced my path, as well as to the many visionaries leading a paradigm shift toward root-cause healing and the integration of metabolic and mental health strategies.

In Change Your Diet, Change Your Mind, Dr. Georgia Ede describes what she calls “The Science of Hope”—a concept that reflects the heart of my work. Her research highlights the transformative role of whole, unprocessed foods, adequate fat and protein, and metabolic health in improving mental clarity, mood, cognition, and overall well-being, while challenging long-standing nutritional myths.

My Lived Experience

What follows is not a prescription, but a reflection of my own path. With the support of a sugar freedom community, I have been free from sugar and flour since January 2022 - something I once believed was impossible. This transformation changed my life.

Over the years, I experimented with nearly every approach—vegan, vegetarian, raw food, plant-based, “dirty” keto, juice cleanses, and intermittent fasting, yet struggled with IBS, cravings, binging, and fatigue. Surprisingly, my symptoms improved dramatically as I transitioned toward a more meat-based ketogenic, carnivore lifestyle. Today, the irritable bowel syndrome, brain fog, mood swings, and anxiety are gone. My metabolic health has improved, and my type 2 diabetes is in remission.

While this approach works for me, not everyone needs to eat the same way. Each person’s needs are unique, depending on metabolic health, medical conditions, goals, and physiology. That’s why I offer a flexible spectrum of nutritional therapies - from plant-based and paleo to ketogenic, ketovore, and carnivore, tailored to your unique biology.

The Life That Followed

My life now looks and feels radically different than it did just a few years ago. I sleep deeply, think clearly, and feel grounded and at peace. I’m free from cravings, mood swings, and fatigue. Most importantly, I’m at peace with food, and myself.

From this place of healing and gratitude, I help others find their own path to sugar freedom, reclaim their health, optimize mental and metabolic wellbeing, and live the vibrant, fulfilling lives they deserve.
